Somatic Inner Relationship Focusing Part 2

S-IRF Part 2 starts September 30th -  Dec 9th, 2025. Class meets Tuesdays 5pm EST to 7 pm EST for 9 weeks. No class Oct 28 or Dec 2nd. Optional Q and A/Group Case Consult on Dec 9th.
Part 2 deepens into the skills of companioning, learning to recognize and work with close and distant processes, feelings about feelings, inner critics as well as an  introduction to S-IRF parts work and protectors, defenders and compromised states. Attention is given to recognizing and responding to overwhelm, freeze, and states of high activation in Focusers as a companion.
Pre-requisite: Part 1 of SIRF or Path 1 of  IRF training.
