Format of the Course
The course starts with eight weekly classes of three hours each class. This is Levels 1 and 2. Then there is a break for 4 – 6 weeks for you to practice and to integrate what you have learned. There follows another series of 4 weekly seminars, which comprise the next Level or module. There are five Levels in total, so the course takes several months to complete. Focusing works best when you learn and absorb slowly, over a period of time.

Cancellations: If you cancel your place, there is a £75.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within a week of the course, the full fee is payable. Alternatively, you can get a credit for a future course.
