Most of us live our lives in a left brain dominant- language based, logical, sequential, time-bound analytical and disconnected experience of the world. By experimenting with some ways to drop into an in-the-moment fresh experience we can develop reliable pathways to the rich world of Focusing. This session will be an introduction to an upcoming 6 week series that begins on October 15th.
