I particularly enjoy introducing Focusing to professionals whose work involves listening well to others. Focusing develops our capacity to offer presence, to ''take all sides'', and to trust and support the self-organizing process in ourselves, in another person, orr in a group. The more we are able to listen deeply to our own selves, the better we are able to be there to others.
I work with therapists, mediators, organization development consultants, group facilitators, community organizers, and social change agents -- those who feel called to deepen their capacity for transforming the stuck energies of conflict, into greater creativity, collaboration, and wholeness. Some of the influences on my work include Inner Relationship Focusing, the Internal Family Systems model, Heart IQ work, and Sacred Depths coaching.
