Original Focusing Masters video collection by Nada Lou

Nada Lou collage

If it weren't for Nada Lou, we would have very few videos of Gene Gendlin.  It was she who asked Gene if she could videotape his courses.  She did so, and not only that, but spent endless hours editing them with great care and creating experiences in her videos that are not only educational, but beautiful.  They are works of art.

It is also thanks to her that we have so many videos of Peter A. Campbell and Edwin P. McMahon, the developers of BioSpiritual Focusing.  That collection is another treasure chest of teaching by two great men.

In addition, she had occasion to capture a number of other greats teaching, over many years.

She sold her videos as DVDs, and recently converted all of her 71 videos into digital format.  We were thrilled when Nada came to The International Focusing Institute (TIFI) to ask if we could work with her to make them available.

Last month, we sent out the announcement that these videos are available on our new video store, videos.focusing.org.  The direct link to Nada's videos is here.

At the recent Thinking at the Edge (TAE) Symposium, we took time to thank Nada for all the work she has done with such love over so many years.  This includes her own teaching of TAE, as well as her documenting of Gene's teachings in TAE, Focusing and philosophy.  It was a wonderful celebration of a wonderful woman, and you can experience it (or re-live it) at this link.

The collection of videos by Nada is called the Original Focusing Masters.  You can watch them by rental -- meaning that you pay to make the video available for streaming for a set period of time.

Please check out the whole collection here.

Thank you, Nada, for the amazing legacy you leave us!
