She became a Certified Focusing Trainer in 2018 under the guidance of Dr. Peter Cheung, her first IRF Focusing teacher. She is dedicated to empowering individuals, specifically within the Chinese community. Through teaching and facilitating personal transformation, she strives to help individuals reconnect with their inner selves, unlocking their potential for personal growth and healing. Her heartfelt commitment drives her to serve the underprivileged and those in need.
