Christiane Henkel

The Space Within Me   Deutsch (German)

Christiane Henkel

The Space Within Me - your podcast for inner development, body awareness and Focusing
What really moves you - deep inside?
How can you feel and understand yourself better?
Is there something inside you that wants to be heard, felt, lived?

In the podcast, The Space Within Me, Christiane invites you to join her on a journey inwards. It's about development, transformation, spirituality, Focusing and education - combined with her personal experience. She talks about what moves her - clearly, associatively, searching. This creates a space in which you too can connect with your own inner experience.

At the end of many episodes you will find a practical Focusing guide: a mindful practice that allows you to access your inner self through your body.
The Space Within Me is a place for quiet thoughts, unplanned realizations, real connection - to yourself. Christiane is happy for you to listen in. Make yourself comfortable, listen - and open the space within you.

Tony

VENTURE WILD PATHS: The Freespace Podcast    Deutsch (German)

Tony Hofmann

A podcast for people who trust their own creativity

The podcast "Wage wilde Wege" by Tony Hofmann is a podcast for sensitive people that invites listeners to leave well-trodden life paths and explore new, individual routes. At its core is the playful and poetic activation of one's own creativity to create personal spaces of freedom and get stalled life processes moving again.

Derived from Gendlin's Process Model, Tony's podcast topics are "crossed" with his own process model and actually integrate a lot of guided Focusing-sessions as well.

Hofmann combines personal development with practical tools such as body mapping and the Focusing method. Topics range from self-discovery and emotional processing to career reorientation and societal issues. He often uses metaphorical perspectives like the "empty center" or "flow in stone" to make complex psychological concepts understandable.

The podcast is aimed at people seeking more freedom in life, who want to mindfully engage with their body and feelings, and are ready to courageously venture new paths – beyond the "highways of life."
