Below is a list of Coordinators and Coordinators-in-Training who certified students in 2025, with the number of students they certified.
The numbers will total more than the number of students receiving certification, because in many cases, Coordinators worked together and therefore more than one person signed the certificates. Alongside the number of certifications, we’ve listed any Coordinators or Coordinators-in-Training (CiT’s) they worked with.
We are grateful for all of the great teaching that this represents, and we’re delighted with how many Coordinators cooperate with one another in teaching. We also appreciate that teaching “solo” has many advantages, and can be the best choice for a Coordinator for many reasons.
In sharing this list, we are aware that quantifiable work is easy to report in a summary fashion like this. As a consequence, more weight can inadvertently be given to countable things. While wanting to report and acknowledge this work, we are aware that it represents a unit model measurement, while our understanding of the work of a Coordinator is a process model view. The work of our Focusing Coordinators is broad and complex; certification plays an important role, but so does the teaching of TAE and philosophy, which don’t come with TIFI certification. Our Coordinators are carrying forward felt sensing in a wonderful variety of ways.
We celebrate everything that our Coordinators do to bring more felt sensing into the world and we seek to celebrate all those contributions. If you are a Coordinator and would like to share more about your work, please consider writing an article for our InFocus News Feed, or offering a Focusing Highlights workshop (in any language). We welcome other ideas about how to make all of our Coordinators’ efforts better known.
This page lists certifications which were processed by TIFI between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
