This is a 9-month Focusing Partnership course that centers Focusing as a way to deepen one's spirituality – that is, to deepen one's connection to the Life that holds us all. The bedrock of this course is Relational Wholebody Focusing, with its continual emphasis on reconnecting to one's wholeness. It's also informed by other foundational perspectives within the Focusing tradition, and by the Realization Process (developed by Judith Blackstone), including some simple and helpful spiritual anatomy. The course is suitable for beginners seeking a grounding in Focusing partnership, as well as experienced Focusers who are drawn to an approach that places spiritual development at its center, largely through the lens of Relational Wholebody Focusing.

There is a lot of valuable relational practices here for coaches, bodyworkers, therapists, teachers and anyone interested in diving deeper with living life as process.

Through this course, students will engage in their own felt sense experiencing, and learn how to share that experience and process with their clients. This training can be taken as a standalone or as the first of 3 steps needed to become a Certified FSPM Facilitator through the International Focusing Institute and
