Sydney Focusing Changes Group in person, Saturday 18 November 2023, 9:45am to 12 noon

As we come to our last Changes Group meeting for the year, we thank everyone who's been involved and helped our Focusing community grow this year, and we hope you will have peaceful, refreshing times over the end-of-year break.

If you're in Sydney, or close by, we'd love to see you in person in the hall below St Patrick's Catholic Church, 20 Grosvenor St, The Rocks. 

We meet from 9:45am to 12 noon, and as usual, we will spend some time together at the start, with an attunement and some discussion, then break up into pairs for our Focusing sessions, and then return to the larger group to share and debrief.

Focusing is one of the few things that work well over Zoom, but even so, there's something particularly lovely about coming into a physical space and Focusing in person. My body always breathes out a deep sigh when I unlock the door and walk into this space in which I have Focused so many times. It's as if my body is saying, "Ah, here!"

Focusers of all levels of experience are welcome at a Changes Group, and there is no charge to attend. 

We will resume our online meetings by Zoom in February 2024.
