I am a Certified Focusing Trainer since 1994, having trained with Ann Weiser Cornell in Inner Relationship Focusing. I am also the co-author, with Dr. Helene Brenner, of I Know I''m in There Somewhere: A Woman''s Guide to Finding Her Inner Voice and Living A Life of Authenticity (Gotham Books, 2003). Helene and I are excited to be bringing Focusing-Oriented Therapy to individuals in the greater Washington area.
