Playing things out: co-creating a communitas for embodied expression & enaction

This group is for anyone who seeks a more embodied, expressive style of Focusing and WBF. It can be for personal and spiritual growth, for a way to co-create partnerships and for those in the healing professions. My vision is to develop a "communitas," the deep spirit of community that unfolds through our shared journey together. As we awaken our body's energy and its moving spirit, we enter a liminal space, i.e. a place of releasing formed patterns, and opening to a place of not-knowing. It is here that we can let the body come more alive and lead the way toward recovering our natal spirit. I will guide us into the whole-body process of playing out and show how each of us can become a participant-observer in our own as well as each other's embodied dramas- letting our body's story unfold and live further, and differently.
