Karen and Roberto invite you to explore Relational Wholebody Field felt sensing as a practical everyday support and self-resource. At this difficult time of uncertainty, anxiety and potential danger to ourselves and our loved ones, we will experience relational bodily practises to:
1) settle and calm the present moment nervous system response
2) open inner bodily resources to support immune function
3) hold a present moment wholebody experience of both inner safety and outer danger that is more comfortable and vitalizes needed action steps
4) discover safe wholebody relational spaces to share our real life struggles and soften our suffering with human kindness and wisdom
We will use interactive group and Focusing partnership listening spaces to meet each other in mutually meaningful, wholebody felt sensing ways. We offer a community space to re-experience self-resourcing practises which can lead to carrying forward steps for ourselves and our loved ones.
