An Online Class Facilitated by Leslie Ellis
Part of The Focusing Highlights Series
Gendlin said a dream is alive, and that finding and embodying the life force found in every dream is the main purpose of dreamwork.
Dreamwork expert Leslie Ellis will begin the class with an overview of Focusing-oriented dreamwork. She will then guide participants through an experiential practice in how to locate and embody the life force contained in their dreams. She will follow up with some clinical examples of this practice, including ideas about how to work with nightmares and other dreams where no help seems to be available. There will also be time for questions and discussion, as well as a dreamwork demonstration.
This Highlight is open for anyone regardless of level of training and experience but will be of particular interest to those in clinical practice. Some familiarity with Focusing may be helpful but is not required.
