An Online Class Facilitated by Catherine Topey
Part of The Focusing Highlights Series
Catherine originally learned Focusing in the Bio-Spiritual tradition, and she was certified by Robert Lee who teaches Domain Focusing. Over the years and in her role as Executive Director of TIFI, she has also had the opportunity to take classes and experience Focusing with many different teachers who take a variety of approaches to Focusing. Her approach to teaching Focusing is informed by Wholebody Focusing, Inner Relationship Focusing, Thinking at the Edge, and other applications of the Felt Sense.
In offering this introductory class, Catherine hopes participants will gain an appreciation for the many ways to teach (and learn) Focusing, and views her contribution as one flower in a big garden which includes trees, flowers, fruits and tubers.
This Highlight webinar is designed as an overview for those who know little or nothing about Focusing, though all are warmly welcome to attend, no matter your level of experience.
