Thursday and Friday Dinner Options

Your conference fee covers Wednesday's dinner and the Saturday Gala Dinner. For Thursday and Friday evenings, dinner is on your own — but we have arranged three options for each night. A fourth option, of course, is to make your own arrangements.

IMPORTANT: Spots at Europahaus and Yume are limited — please register early by May 19th!

CANCELLATION POLICY: For the dinner(s) at Europahaus, after May 19th, we are NOT able to issue refunds due to already having provided Europahaus with our total numbers.

Option 1: Europahaus Business Dinner Buffet — $57 per person (limit of 250 people per evening)

A 4-course business dinner buffet of our chef's choice, held at the conference venue:

• Soup
• Salad buffet
• Two main courses: one meat, one vegan
• Dessert — variety of chef's choice
• Drinks: one round of water, mineral water, apple juice, and orange juice

Option 2: Yume Japanese Restaurant (limit of 150 people per evening)

You must reserve your spot through us, then order and pay directly at the restaurant on whichever evening(s) you are there, Thursday June 4th or Friday June 5th.  Yume is a 9-minute walk from Europahaus.

To reserve: Please click the registration link below and select Thursday and/or Friday for Yume Japanese Restaurant (reservation). There is no charge at this step — you will pay for your food at the restaurant that evening.

Option 3: Gasthaus Prilisauer — Wiener Restaurant — you reserve directly, you pay there

A traditional Viennese restaurant offering a special limited menu for our group: choose from a selection of three soups, three main courses (meat / vegetarian / vegan), and two desserts. You must make your reservation directly with them on their website.

The menu options are:

How to reserve:

1. Go to www.prilisauer.at
2. On the homepage, click the yellow button that reads: "Ich möchte einen Tisch reservieren" (I want to make a table reservation). Alternatively, scroll to the bottom right of the page and click "Book a table."
3. Enter the number of people, your preferred time (approximately 7:15 pm), the date (Thursday, June 4), and your contact information.
4. In the "Special Remarks" field, type the word: Focusing

IMPORTANT: You must write "Focusing" in the Special Remarks field or the restaurant will not accept your reservation.
