Would you like to help therapists be their best while living in war? Join me once a week on Zoom, as we discover healthy ways to support our fellow helpers living in a war-zone. I will offer constructive concepts and easy exercises for you to offer to others, thus helping them return to more relief and broaden their power for self-care and creativity. There will be time for sharing. There will be Focusing homework in-between classes, with a partner. This will be a closed group, for 6 sessions. Come connect with other like-minded Focusers on Wednesdays for 1½ hours starting at 11:00 pacific time, from August 7 to September 11, 2024. If you cannot open your screen and show yourself, please do not join us for this event.
The cost is $155.00 for the entire series and $100.00 will be refunded with proof of a finished offering of the intended giving to others. A portion will also be donated to TIFI.
