Beginners-Intermediate

This six-session virtual program, running from September through November 2026, covers the essential skills for teaching the core aspects of Focusing and Listening. This workshop is part of the FORGE 2-year Training Program, but can be taken as a standalone without previous FORGE training.

By the end of this training, you will become more skilled in:

  • Modeling safety in groups
  • Listening deeply to yourself and others
  • Embodying the Focusing attitude
  • Recognizing and following your Felt Sense
  • Teaching Clearing a Space

 

Section A, Tuesdays, will meet from 7:30am to 9:30am, EST on Sept 8, 22; October 6, 20; November 3, 17 2026

This section will be taught by Kelley Bothe and Julie Ramsey

Section B, Thursdays, will meet from 11:30am to 1:30pm, EST on Sept 10, 24; October 8, 22; November 5, 19 2026

This section will be taught by Joan Klagsbrun and Cathy Cornell

Registration Information and Price

The suggested fee is $200 for registration before August 31, 2026. After that the suggested fee is $240. Contributions over $240 would be greatly appreciated, to help make this program affordable for everyone. Scholarships are available.
