Meeting Format

Our Sydney Zoom Changes Group is a free monthly session of 2 hours duration,  offering a group discussion for 20-30 minutes, then an attunement, and Focusing Partnerships of around 60 minutes duration. 

We welcome people new to Focusing, if they attend with a Focusing friend. It helps to let us know ahead of time, so we can put them, with you, into a group of three, so they get an opportunity to see Focusing in practice, and also a turn at being listened to by a Focuser, if they wish.
