The Sensing Forward International Focusing Conference in Vienna was a richly meaningful event—filled with beauty, a heartwarming atmosphere, rich and interesting meetings and workshops, as well as challenges and difficulties. It was a unique opportunity to begin or continue processes of searching and sensing into next steps and movement.

 
We have scheduled two online Zoom meetings which we're calling "Sensing Forward after the Sensing Forward conference." These are open to anyone who attended the conference live in Vienna. There is no specific topic of these meetings except for you to bring your own desire to sense forward from whatever has emerged for you as important from the conference or its aftermath.

 

You are warmly invited to attend one or both sessions. They will each have the same format:

- A brief attunement 

- Focusing in pairs in breakout rooms (about 40 minutes) with whatever wants to be heard from during and after the conference. We will offer specific invitations for the process like finding a crux sentence and possible action steps.

- Collecting. After the Focusing time, we will have time to collect our thoughts, senses and ideas for any next steps.

We plan this part of our meeting to last around 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Those who wish to go further are invited to stay for another 45 minutes. This section will include:

- Interest groups: anyone who wishes to suggest a subject for an interest group as a freshly-sensed action step is most welcome to do so, and others will be able to join one of those interest groups in breakout rooms.  These groups may find ways to continue, meet again, sense forward and initiate further steps.

 
- Coming together and ending

Please note that for practical reasons, we are offering this in English only. If you speak a language other than English and would like to be paired with someone who speaks your language, we will do our best to accommodate that. Of course, our ability to do that for you will depend on whether there are others there who also wish to speak your language.
