This 2.5 hour online Zoom course is an introduction of Inner Relationship Focusing to people who offer Soul Companionship in various ways (Spiritual Directors, Clergy, Chaplains, etc.)
During the course we will notice how we might integrate Focusing into the deep soulcare we already offer people. Specifically, this Soulshop will offer us fresh ways to create pauses for our clients to explore the "still more" that is often underneath our emotions, body sensations, memories, "stuck" places etc.
I will walk through my P.A.U.S.E. framework - which are specific ways to help a client Pause to offer a Radical Welcome to whatever comes.
This offering is in collaboration with the Companioning Center and is a great intro to learning to befriend the soul in yourself and with others.
