Bruce Gibbs and Serge Prengel are offering a safe and stimulating space for direct experience of the felt sense of self-empathy, a sense of understanding yourself from inside out.

We are welcoming people who are experienced meditators as well as people who do not meditate.

Some of what we do is similar to traditional meditation -- moments of staying in meditative silence. But these are short moments, 10 to 15 minutes.

There are two major differences compared to traditional meditation groups:
- One is that meditation moments are attended to with an intention to notice our reactions and emotional responses to what comes without judgment.
- The other difference is that this gathering includes interaction. We will be mindfully sharing our inner experience in new ways.

This gathering is facilitated by Bruce Gibbs and Serge Prengel. It is free. You just have to pre-register through Eventbrite: https://tinyurl.com/y2r8tzs8

Bruce Gibbs has taught Focusing for decades. He is a long-time meditator and has spent many years learning to combine Focusing and meditation in a unique way. (FirstStepOutOfDarkness.wordpress.com)
