How to work skillfully with your Inner Critics.
How to deepen your empathy with your parts.
A process called Wanting/Not Wanting that can help you hear the deepest fears and desires of your parts
I’ll be following Ann Weiser Cornell’s excellent curriculum, and classes include:
A weekly step-by-step process for building your skills and understanding.
Explanation and discussion of weekly themes.
Time for partnering.
Written worksheets that you can follow as you partner and build skills.
Attunements/Guided exercises led by Fiona.
Viewing videos of partners Focusing, demonstrating the suggested exercises.
