Introducing Focusing

The course is an introduction to Focusing and is also the first module of a five-module Focusing Skills course. The other modules will run later in the year. If you would like to take part in any of the workshops on particular themes that I'll be running during the year, you will need to have taken this course with me or its equivalent with another teacher.

Each morning session will run from 10.00-1.00, with a break. There will be teaching in the whole group and also time for participants to practise Focusing together in twos or threes. The cost for all four mornings is £150, £120 concessions. If you would like to join the course but are unable to pay the concessionary rate, please contact me.
