Disidentification: Learn how to disidentify from traumatised parts, while still holding a space for them.
Advanced Lead Ins: Learn how to lead a Focuser into their process and get the benefit of being guided into yours. This can be very resourcing.
Advanced Reflecting: Learn how to be a more skilled Companion. This improves your knowledge of Focusing and listening in general.

How will you do this?
- Skills are broken down into weekly bite-size chunks.
- There are worksheets with each exercise.
- You will watch demos of Focusers rehearsing that weekly exercise..
- Guided exercises led by Fiona demonstrate weekly learning.
- You will Focus in class and outside class with a partner each week.
- Time for Q&A, discussion and sharing.
- There are prescribed readings from the class textbook.
What are the benefits of doing Level 2?
Deepen your process: We add more steps and unpack existing ones.
Build a regular habit of Focusing: After ten continuous weeks, it becomes harder to drift away from Focusing.
Step nearer to professional qualifications: You receive a certificate after Level 4.
