Inner-Relationship Focusing is a gentle, non-judgmental practice of listening to yourself.  It helps you build an inner connection with yourself with curiosity, kindness, and empathy.

In this beginner-friendly course, you will learn:

~Inner-listening skills

~Accessing your Self-in-Presence (an inner stance of calm, nonjudgmental, friendly curiosity)

~How to use language in a way that facilitates a trusting inner relationship

~How to be a Focusing partner (listening and reflecting for another person)

~And more...

This course runs for six weeks.  It is equivalent to a Level 1 Focusing Course.  It is also equivalent to half of the "Your Path to Lasting Change Part One" course with Focusing Resources (co-developed by Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara McGavin).

This introductory course is taught by Mariya Hoffman, an IRF Teacher-In-Training in the "Certification as an Inner Relationship Focusing Professional" program with Focusing Resources.
