A five-week Zoom webinar course that invites us to touch into our inner experience of loving.
We will apply my H.O.W. We Heal model during each 1.5 hour workshop, which has three phases: Honoring, Opening, and Welcoming. We will explore basic Focusing practices for establishing Focusing-Oriented Relationships.

This course can be used as an Introduction to Focusing Partnership for newcomers and is also illuminating for experienced Focusers.
