We will explore the experience of bringing our felt awareness of our universal needs.
There will be an opportunity to explore what we encounter with simple art materials and natural objects.
Being with each other with curiosity, lightness and acceptance.
Possibility of exploring this further with Level 1 online programme coming soon.
