Hildegard of Bingen said, "Learn to be a faithful friend to your soul." But how many of us actually know how to do that?
Doorways to the Soul 1 will introduce Focusing levels 1 and 2 in a way that helps people P.A.U.S.E. and begin to learn how to attend to the deep wisdom of their heart, soul, mind and body.
The emphasis is on helping a new Focuser feel relaxed and to introduce companioning at a simple level.
Doorways to the Soul 1 is
- 10 week online Zoom course (each class is 2 hours)
- There is original weekly reading and optional learnings online.
- This class will introduce Focusing Partnerships after week 1
