Former Foreign Languages teacher in Secondary school (English ) , now I am a Psychosynthesis Counselor and Focusing Trainer, working with individuals and groups. Focusing was love at first sight for me and , every time I go there, the magic happens again in a deeper and wider way. Focusing means to me taking care of myself and other people, in a respectful and gentle way, it means going in a place where even sorrow can open the door to joy, where our radiant Self can be touched and where a sense of personal and interpersonal Wholeness can be experienced.
