I work with highly sensitive people, using Focusing to address overwhelm, anxiety and self-doubt many creative, sensitive people face. About one person in five is born sensitive. If their trait was not understood or supported in childhood, they are more prone to anxiety and depression than the majority of people. Yet sensitive people are equally susceptible to a supportive environment in which they are finally heard and understood. I create just such an environment for clients, drawing on my personal experience and study of sensitivity and my Focusing training to offer 1:1 sessions, a Focusing for Sensitive People class series, and an intensive six-month 1:1 program.
