I have been using person-centered approaches & experiential learning for >30 years. I was trained by Eugene Gendlin & the founding Focusing Institute staff and served as East Coast Coordinator for 6 years. I was a pioneer in phone-coaching and have been offering Focusing in communities & organizations nationally since 1988. I help people learn & apply Focusing to their lives. Over the years, that simple intention resulted in restoring client confidence & relationships; health & well-being; and meaningful living. I offer services over-the-phone & in-person. Focusing is recognized by the APA; can be learned; can be achieved in as little as 10 minutes; provides positive & long-lasting change; is respectful, natural & systemic; and uses principles shared by modern science & ancient wisdom.
