Biography

I offer people who are looking for a deeper connection to their own inner wisdom the tools to find it. My own Focusing journey began after having cancer. At that time I wanted to connect to my own bodies healing capacity and deepen my meditation experience. Focusing was a revelation. In my first session I understood that I had arrived at the place I needed to be. Focusing has given me so much more than what I had expected. It has brought me the gift of myself. The lived joy of that gift is a daily unfolding. I come from an Arts background and work with artists wanting to work through blocks and deepen their own creativity. I work with people struggling with illness. I work with parents who want to build better relationships with their children. I work with anyone who wants to live a happier and fulfilled life.
