Stress and Resilience

Registration is closed for this event
Resilience is what we need if life is not going the way we would like it to go. When we encounter setbacks, resilience helps us to cope with and to prevent stress. Resilience is not a quality of your character but a skill you can develop. Resilience is also not one-dimensional but exists out of different exponents. There is a relation between resilience and an inner feeling of safety. The extent of your resilience is not a fixed given, you can help it grow and expand. In this webinar you will explore your resilience. You will find your inner sources that can help you to develop and feed your own resilience and the resilience in your clients. Aaffien will be sharing from her experience in Focusing, Positive Psychology and Trauma-work to guide us to our resilience body of knowledge. This Highlight will be useful for personal growth as well as working with clients.

Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:00pm New York time

We use Zoom videoconferencing for our online classes. In this webinar format, you will see the presenter and host, but you will not be seen. You will be able to ask questions during the webinar by typing them. Highlights presenters may at times invite a small number of participants to unmute or to join them onscreen during the webinar (optional).

You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred. All registered participants will be sent a link to the video recording approximately two weeks following the class. So if you are unable to attend the live webinar, you will still be able to view it for one month.
