Class will be recorded for all registrants and available for viewing for one month.
We are inherently relational beings—part of a deeply meaningful and interconnected web of life. In every moment, we move between two ways of knowing: Universal Consciousness, the shared field of awareness, and Personal Consciousness, our unique, embodied experience. Through grounded presence, we sense the larger life around us, awaken the inner life within us, and respond through our own breathing, living process.
We are always participating with an infinitely vast universal life field, or as Gene Gendlin would say, "the great big everything." If we feel safe and stable enough, we are each free to open up to and interact with this omnipresent source of fresh life energy, information, and intelligence as the wholeness of self.
Join Karen and Dawn for experiential explorations introducing Relational WholeBody Focusing (RWBF) — an embodied practice that reconnects you to both your personal experience and the greater field of life. This Focusing Highlight presentation will include lectures, demonstrations, client case sharing, and direct experiences of RWBF.
All are welcome to attend. Some familiarity with Focusing will be helpful.
Format
We use Zoom videoconferencing for our online classes. The session will be held in meeting format so that all participants can see the presenters and each other. You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred as participation in breakout rooms will be limited.
All registrants (whether or not you attend live) can view the recording for one month. Breakout rooms are not recorded.
