Online joining information will be given after registration and payment. Go to my web site to register. I will send you a link before the course starts, together with plans and handouts for the first class. You will need a computer or other device to access Zoom, which is easy for you to download and free to use.

Format of the course
The course is divided into a series of 4 x weekly half-days of 3 hours each. There is a break for 4 – 6 weeks for you to practice and to integrate what you have learned. There follows another series of 4 weekly seminars, which comprise the next Level or module. There are five modules in total, so the course takes several months to complete. Focusing works best when you learn and absorb slowly, over a period of time.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your place, there is a £75.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within a week of the course, the full fee is payable. Alternatively, you can get a credit for a future course.
