eating addiction, eating disorders, Mindful-eating.
What one can discover when one peels-off these definitions?

Hunger. Hunger that drives eating.

And when we'll peel off definitions of hunger, what's underneath?

Life thrust, Life force, life energy.

What happens when you develop this life force?
We find creative movement, wishes, great life meanings such as freedom, authenticity and independence.

In this meeting we will go through the process of opening more and more definitions together, and we will discover a bigger picture of eating.
Each and every one will leave with new curiosity and mind-opening concepts for self-exploration of hunger.
