In the workshop we'll be able to see the inherent connection between Criticism and Trauma, a connection I see evidence for everywhere, in personal processes, in relationships and in society.
We'll explore gently inner and outer criticism, and ways to bring qualities of acceptance and empathy even to ourselves and our loved ones even when criticism is around.
