The Heart of Domain Focusing 

In this spacious experiential workshop, we will gently move through the Five Phases of Domain Focusing, which are Starting, Linking, Entering, Asking, and Acting Into the Situation.

We will start with the HEART of Domain Focusing: Self Empathy.

You will gain an appreciation of the importance and power of finding the right Self Empathy in order to allow a felt sense to form and unfold.

We will process through the three realms of loving, thinking, felt sensing, and close by welcoming a fresh Action Step.

This is a 2.5 hour Zoom webinar. (It may be less, depending on the number of participants.)

The workshop will be recorded, and I will send you the first chapter of  my book, "Making Sense of Living."
