Dates: April 25–29, 2026 (Saturday to Wednesday) with Prof. Akira, and practice dates (listed below).

Training location : Hong Kong

Total Duration: 40 hours of teaching and practices

Prerequisites:

This course is designed for beginners, as well as helping professionals—including mental health practitioners, therapists, counsellors, social workers, and clinical psychologists—who may later wish to pursue training as Focusing-Oriented Therapists (FOT).

1) To meet Professor Akira Ikemi In-person workshop dates: April 25-29, 2026 from 9:30am-5pm (Saturday to Wednesday) 

2) To practice with Ms. Rachel Wong / Dr. Camille Li via online for 2.5 hours on following date:

May 2 & 23 (Saturday) 1900-2130
May 3 & 24 (Sunday) 1000-1230

Course content includes:

• Ability to identify and utilize the felt sense in your process
• Ability to listen in the Focusing way
• Having Focusing experience with a number of other Focusing partners
