As well as teaching locally, I teach Focusing online via Skype, and by phone. I teach Focusing as a opening to trusting ourselves as a felt experience. Focusing tells me I can trust even my unease, that I can welcome it and give it space. The more I allow and trust my unease, the more I relax and liberate energy inside. Focusing is about becoming my own friend as a practice. I like to foster an awareness that Focusing is a way of being, rather than a method, that can gradually become a new, spacious and gentle home. With many years experience as a meditator and guiding clients in meditation, I can help those who wish to find their own relationship between Focusing and meditation/spiritual practice. I work with Focusing as a practice of mindfulness in its own right, and as an opening to deeper and more expansive experiences of presence.
