These questions are as common as breathing. We have these conscious bodies with a mind that tries to comprehend our place in the world. It's a constant quest to be liked, loved, and just to feel ok.
When I discovered Focusing, I felt like someone finally handed me a map to my inner self. A map is not a substitute for the journey itself, but it's nice to have directions.
