I am a curious and reflective person with a great sense of observation. I am passionate about human relations and how they evolve depending on the cultural, intergenerational and intra-psychic contexts in which they are being negotiated. This passion ispires my day-to-day professional practices as a teacher and as a therapist. I came to know Focusing nearly a decade ago, during my training to qualify as integrative psychotherapist and I found it so fascinating, that I knew it straight away that I would have gained more insights into it. So, it became a natural step after I gruaduated, to follow up with a further training to then qualify as an FOT. Focusing has now become my special way of experiencing and understanding my realities. Currently, I work as a teaching fellow in counselling and psychotherapy in a UK university setting, and internationally as a intercultural counsellor and FOT therapist.
