I work with trauma, PTSD, addiction, birth trauma, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, coercive control, stalking, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, chronic illness, cancer, menopause, grief, shame, spirituality, systemic oppression, parenting, pain management, and gender diversity.
My work combines aspects of art therapy, play therapy, inner child work, biospirituality, wholebody focusing and relational wholebody focusing, transactional analysis, attachment theory, existential therapy and systems therapy. However, foundational to all of this is safety and the client’s own experience.
I am particularly interested in how the body expresses trauma through pain and chronic illness, how to provide a safe container for shame to be accompanied and healed and intergenerational resilience and post-traumatic growth when working with trauma.
I love what I do and the people I have the privilege to work with and strive to create a safe, supportive space for the client’s own felt experience and inner resources to be explored.
