I discovered Focusing in 1998 and have wondered since then how I ever managed without it! Listening to others in this life-affirming way has become one of my greatest pleasures. There is a deeply nourishing sense of the sacred in the room whenever people settle into this gentle practice together. Initially trained in inner-relationship Focusing, I have since explored a range of other approaches and especially love the lightness and spaciousness of Wholebody Focusing. I am committed to supporting newcomers in finding their own, unique way into this subtle art. I teach Focusing one-to-one and in group-settings at all levels - from introductory workshops to professional training. My approach to mentoring trainees is rooted in a passion for supporting each individual in finding their own unique way of embodying and sharing Focusing. I also facilitate individual and group sessions combining yoga with Focusing.
