Biography

Hi! I'm Rebecca Jackson-Aydelette and I’m a Spiritual Director (though I also adore the words Spiritual Companion and Spiritual Midwife).

One of my greatest privileges is to companion people just like you on their spiritual journeys. These deep inner journeys often explore both sides of what's nourishing and connective and what makes you feel most fully alive . . . so, what's working and what's not.

One of my foundational touchstones (something I believe to be true for me, no matter what) is that "I dwell in the Oneness, and the Oneness dwells in me." And even so, sometimes I feel overwhelmed and disconnected from all that feels life-giving.

In my work, I combine Focusing, Reiki, aromatherapy, SoulCollage®, journaling and the labyrinth in a personalized "custom blend" of Spiritual Direction, to offer a supportive and creative space where all is welcome as you ask hard questions, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and re-member what is true for you.
