You will be given the Zoom link and class materials after registration.
One or two steps of the TAE process (Steps 1 to 11) are presented in each class. You’ll have the opportunity to be guided by Beatrice through each step and will gain understanding as you observe the process of your companions. Steps 12-14 will be discussed but not included.
TAE becomes a journey of transformation. You'll share this journey by exchanging Focusing sessions with a partner between classes. This shared interactive process forms a feeling of inspiration, encouragement and support for each person in the class.
Registration Information
8 two-hour classes every other week with practice sessions in between. US$495
Prerequisites:
Some background in Focusing and Focusing partnership. If you are not familiar with Focusing, contact Beatrice about getting a package of three individual sessions, or about taking an introductory class in Pausing, Felt Sensing, and Listening.
