Group gathering for Therapists Living in Israel

Would you like to join a kind-hearted, English speaking, war-time support group once a week on Zoom, to help relieve your stress? Come connect with other therapists in a semi-structured way, on Wednesdays for 1½ hours, starting at 6:00pm, Israeli time, ending at 7:30. I will offer helpful concepts and easy exercises to help you return to more relief, and broaden your power for self-care and creativity. There will be time for sharing altogether as well as in breakout rooms for a more intimate sharing. This is not a group where everyone only tells their story.

I assume you are all competent, so my goal is to help strengthen coping skills, share some new-ish ones, and give the group some more camaraderie. It will be a relaxed atmosphere with healing energy of combined love and listening and respect… I also have created some worksheets for anyone who wants to write down some thoughts in a specific order, with specific questions...

Please spread the word! Anyone who works with others and lives in Israel is welcome. But if you cannot open your screen and show yourself, please do not join us for this event.

This will be a closed group, for 7 sessions, then we may reevaluate together what we want to do next. The cost is $5.00 USD for the entire series and begins on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 and ends on July 24, 2024. Included with this is an optional individual session before July 24.
