Biography
I am 70 and I am focusing trainer and focusing oriented psychotherapist from 2014. I am certified as a international Integrative psychotherapist (IIPA) and I have been practising psychotherapy (and still I practise) for more than 30 years. From 2013 I am leading a face-to-face weekly Changes group in Seville(Spain) and since the pandemic we changed it to on line and opened it to Spanish speaking people from abroad. I teach Focusing and I teach how to integrate Focusing with Self-Realization, specifically with the Psychologie of Self-Realization of Antonio Blay, a psychologist and a spiritual master who I met in 1983 and my life changed. I love introducing Blay to focusers, building bridges between focusing and spirituality.
