For 20 years I've investigated Energetic Individuation with respect to self and other through training/certification in Focusing and Iyengar yoga (SELF), Biodynamic Craniosacral (1 HUMAN), Stephen Buhner's plant work and Landscape practice (NATURE), NVC Facilitation (GROUPS), and 3 years residential zen living (CULTURE). Tracking the qualities of mind (e.g. aversion, view, wholeness), the practice of pendulation (self/other) and grounding, and observing the function of groupthink I think will be necessary for humans to develop responsible sovereignty in a field of fruitful interdependence. I offer Discovery Sessions for exploring an issue using a combination of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Focusing.
